James McGarrity is delighted to be taking the Country Fest to Donegal this year and believes the right decision has been made to take it to the home of Country Music in the North West of Ireland. B-Divas - The show

“ Bonnie Tyler, Bucks Fizz and Boney M (Alfie Harrison formerly of Boney M)

Bonnie Tyler, Bucks Fizz and Bonny M have come together as “B – Divas” in what promises to be a sensational show that is set to tour Ireland in June.

Bonnie Tyler, a worldwide extablished artist renouned for her rock and roll music Bonnie’s unique style with her  husky voice has brought her many hits including “It’s a Heartache” Bonnie is certainly a worthy edition to the line up and will have you singing along on the night.

Bucks Fizz winner of the Eurovision song contest in 1981 and famous for their hit “Making Your Mind Up” are also on the B-Diva bill.  With many other hits including “You don’t Want me” and “The Camera Never Lies” Bucks Fizz is sure to put the sparkle  into the tour.

Bonny M will complete the B-Diva line up with over three decades in the music industry this is an act that will be sure to have your toes tapping and your hands clapping. Bonny M will perform many hits on the night including their famous hit “by the Rivers of Babylon”

The trio will be appearing at many venues throughout Ireland in June and with a wealth of experience they are in fine tune ready for a fantastic tour that will let you relive all those memories.

Bagatelle have just finished a very successful theatre tour of Northern Ireland which was a sell-out at every show. December and Eastertour dates released.

The Grand Old Opry of Ireland show - These where fantastic shows -- The Queen of Country Music Philomena Begley, the fantastic Sandy Kelly and one of our top male crooners Brendan Quinn in a 2 hour toe-tapping feet stamping musical feast that saw a string of top hits like “ Blanket on the Ground, Queen of the Silver dollar, Crazy, Suspicious Minds and Daddy Frank being played.

The 'Country-Fest 2009' with four 'live' stages was a great success on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August 2009 it was held in the Kings Hall Belfast.

Acts like Randy Travis, Martina McBride, Ray Price, Connie Smith, Doug Stone, Hal Ketchum, Georgette Jones, Vernon Oxford, Roly Daniels.

Country-Fest took place in Mid-Ulster on the 2nd & 3rd August 2008. The event saw a host of International, National and local stars perform on 3 stages in an event that has never been seen on our shores before.

George Jones had a great tour playing to standing ovations every show. JW Promotions will be re-touring George in February 2010 dates released in February 2009.

George is one of the greatest of American honky tonk singers, but he has also been a victim of its lifestyle. He learned guitar in his youth, and in 1947, was hired by the husband-and-wife duo Eddie And Pearl. This developed into his own radio program and a fellow disc jockey, noting his close-set eyes and upturned nose, nicknamed him "The Possum."

Gene Watson is a singer in country music's grand tradition & has the skill to give powerful vocal performances and draw all the emotion from his selected material effortlessly.  Gene has remained true to his Texas music roots for the best part of 30 years & is a standard bearer for honest, traditional country music.

The Bellamy Brothers are a country music duo composed of two brothers – Howard and David Bellamy – who enjoyed an amazing run of success starting in the mid 1970s. They are the most successful duo in country music history.

Brent Mason has just completed a very successful tour of Ireland with JW Promotions and will re-tour with us in 2009.

According to many publications Brent has owned country music for over a decade with at least seven out of ten of the songs in the top ten at any given time - not annually - being played on by him since the early nineties. All this talent and hard work have not gone unnoticed. The CMA (Country Music Association) named him “Musician of the Year” for two consecutive years.

Roy Chubby Brown

Famous for being known as Britain’s rudest, bluest comedian has entertained and offended the masses. LEWD, crude and extremely rude, it could only be Roy "Chubby" Brown who is celebrated 40 years in showbiz this year, this Northern comedian is still shocking audiences. With his own inimitable style of humour that people have come to know and expect. He is admired by men and adored by women from the moment that he comes on stage until he leaves to the rapturous applause from the sell-out house that he always secures.

A great show and a great success the Northern Ireland Country Music Awards 2009.

All the main stars in the Country Music scene where at the N.I. Country Music Awards in the Tullyglass Hotel, Ballymena. The event highlighted the achievements and recognised the talents of our countries top country music performers. There where a number of award categories and on the night various TV personalities hosted the event with a full live band, and live performances from a selection of the nominees.

JW Promotions finished a successful run of dates with the world famous Harlem Gospel Choir in 06 and 07 and intend to tour with them again in 2009.

The World famous Harlem Gospel Choir, who sang ‘I still haven¹t found what I¹m looking for’ with Bono on U2¹s ³Rattle and Hum² album, are coming back to Ireland. They return with their thrilling, foot-stomping, hand clapping show of blues, jazz and gospel spirituals and will play various venues nationwide.
